Senior Copywriter
The Senior Copywriter is responsible for the copy development through the various review phases of the creative process. He/She represents and works collaboratively with other creative disciplines to deliver a high quality concepts to final creative.
The ideal candidate will have agency experience writing copy for retail clients. He/She will leads in the development of a creative product that integrates brand strategy, innovation, technology and traditional and non-traditional media tactics.
The successful candidate will have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Must have superb communication skills; be highly organized and detail oriented.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops strategically focused copy across various markets and media, e.g. business to business, consumer marketing, direct, point of sale, advertising, etc.
- Thinks conceptually and comfortable creating short-form or long-form
- Develops concepts with Art Director and Creative Director
- Leads the copy discipline in internal and external client meetings
- Ensures internal processes are followed to create quality, profitable, and on time work
- Defines what copy is needed to deliver to achieve client objectives
- Demonstrates successful writing through the business cycle, from new business to planning and execution of client plans
- Mentors junior associates
- Develops, challenges, and leads others to achieve results
- Is detail oriented to ensure that estimating is accurate, billing complete, and assigned administrative tasks meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience creating and implementing innovative and highly intuitive copy within a recognized advertising or interactive agency
- Possess a deep passion and understanding of both traditional and non-traditional advertising
- Demonstrate strong conceptual abilities
- Establish direction and vision which mobilizes a copy team to meet clearly defined goals
- Expert written, verbal and presentation skills
- Must be results and detail-oriented and be able to juggle multiple priorities in order to meet deadlines
- A strong portfolio highlighting past work … interactive work a plus

Senior Designer
We are seeking a Designer who has a passion for outstanding design. The successful candidate will also be self-motivated, strategic, and able to collaborate as well as work independently, and possess a genuine interest in participating within a team-driven environment. The Designer will often work with a Creative Director to concept, design and maintain print and interactive creative. These could encompass anything from website design to online banner ads, to email campaigns, print campaigns, conference and trade show signage, We are also looking for demonstrated experience in user interface design, site experiences, content organization and functionality. Primary consideration will be given to those who bring a sophisticated and nuanced graphic design sensibility with respect to page layout, composition, typography and imagery.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The Senior Designer will assist project teams with concepting, designing, and maintaining brand identities, online experiences, print campaigns, event collateral, creative pitches, etc.
Required Skill Set
An understanding of the creative process, expertise in the Mac Adobe Creative Suite, print design, brand development, interface/web design, and pre-press & print production expertise.
- 4+ years experience of brand, print, and interactive design
- Bachelor’s degree design or related field
- Demonstrated user-centered approach to interface design and layout
- Fluent understanding of current web and interactive trends and technologies
- Able to organize and architect effective and intuitive site experiences
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Deep and demonstrated expertise in Adobe CS; Flash is a plus
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products including: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, (Flash is a plus). Proficient in PowerPoint or Keynote.
